Identify date code and hardware version on PCB silk screen overlay. In the example above, the date code is 2319. This means it was manufactured on the 19th week of the year 2023. The hardware in marked NESRGB41, so this is NESRGB version 4.1 hardware.
Sometimes there are markings on the large 144 pin Lattice chip in the middle of the board. Usually silver pen dots.
